Don’t just say you have a plan- HAVE A PLAN! The webinar will share reviewer expectations and resources and strategies to consider that can strengthen your plan.  Joining the Mentor-Connect team will be Deb Strubel a Grants Consultant for Phillips Haas Factory Outlet where she helps Phillips customers learn how to apply for training reimbursement grants to upskill their Haas CNC workers. She was the grant writer for Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology’s (TSCT) first-ever NSF/ATE grant (part of (Mentor-Connect’s Cohort 3).  She is passionate about encouraging more women to pursue careers in CNC machining and manufacturing and Tiffany Sherado who is Co-Owner of Lifetime Transmissions and Transmission Exchange Center in Broken Arrow, OK.  She is a facilitator of Amazing Women in Automotive since 2021.  In addition,  she is a member of the Tulsa Technology Center Automotive Advisory Committee and a Fiscal Officer for the Native American Coalition of Tulsa’s Grant Funded Head Start Program
