Minority Serving Institutions as Engines of Upward Mobility

This report may be useful to competitive proposal writing efforts, as it contains excellent data to support investments in two-year college HSIs!  The report provides supporting data and rationale for the need to increase economic mobility in underrepresented groups and how Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) play an integral role.   HSIs are one type of MSI, and 2-year HSIs are responsible for the highest mobility rates.  See pg. iv of Executive Summary for a quick “look-see” at findings.
