NCCHC Leadership Fellows Program
The purpose of the National Community College Hispanic Council (NCCHC) Leadership Fellows Program is to address the under-representation of Hispanic leaders in American community colleges. The Leadership Fellows program includes seminars, career plan preparation, and mentoring on the topics of student success, organizational strategy, institutional effectiveness, community development, communication, and culture and diversity change management.
