ESCALA

ESCALA (Spanish for "striving") is a consortium of higher education consultants from the Southwest. ESCALA works with Hispanic-serving institutions (HSI's) to improve the graduation and retention rates of Hispanic students. ESCALA focuses on faculty development and remedial program evaluation, and specialize in working with STEM faculty.
